A well-established Lucan pub has reopened after an impressive makeover.

The Lord Lucan has been the neighbourhood haunt of Lucan locals for decades.

It used to be your typical Dublin pub with well polished dark wood and curved leather seats. But a new makeover has upgraded the place and made it look positively gorgeous - while still keeping some of the pub's original charm.

With new teal blue panelling, warm backlights and Harry Potter-like, medieval style chandeliers, the pub's new glam has definitely shot it up in our "must visit" list even for those who don't live in the area.

Another part of the makeover is the beer garden for anyone who wants to grab a pint and enjoy the Indian Summer sunshine.

A new menu with delicious pub grub and cocktails is another new reason to visit. They also have all the best stuff on tap, just in time for all the Rugby World Cup 2023 and all the other sports events they show on their screens.
