    Many house hunters in Dublin are hoping to find an affordable home right now so we had a look at some of the cheapest ones available at the moment.

    We found three properties across Co Dublin for under €170,000 - one in Newcastle, one in Balbriggan and one in Clondalkin.

    All three of them are one-bedroom apartments so that means that a 20 per cent deposit might be required for first time buyers.
