There is a collision on the N11 Stillorgan Road. It's blocking the bus lane after the lights at Trees Road. There are delays of 10 minutes from the UCD Flyover.

An earlier broken down lorry on the M50 northbound at Junction 7 Lucan has been moved to the hard shoulder. Severe delays of 1 hour remain from Junction 13 Dundrum.

There is a broken down lorry in the Dublin Tunnel outbound. It's blocking the left lane.

A status yellow cold weather warning will be in place from 5pm. Frost and ice could create hazardous travelling conditions. Gritting will begin on many routes from 7pm tonight, reports LiveDrive on Dublin City FM.

M50 crash cleared

The collision on the M50 between Junction 10 Ballymount and Junction 9 Red Cow northbound has been cleared.

The collision remains in place on the M50 northbound at Junction 9 Red Cow, but should move off soon.

The broken down car remains on Longmile Road but is not causing a delay.

Authorities across the region are about to begin their gritting regime ahead of tonight's low temperatures.

All lanes are now open on Swords Road, as the incident has been cleared from the lights at Collins Avenue. Long delays of 30 minutes remain from Drumcondra.

All lanes are now open on the N7 inbound, as the broken down car has been cleared from Junction 2 Kingswood. Delays of 10 minutes remain in the area.

The broken down bus has been cleared from Swords Road outbound, but an ambulance seems to be attending a separate issue in the same place. The left lane remains blocked.

There is a collision on the M50 northbound approaching Junction 9 Red Cow. It's blocking lane 3. Delays building.

All lanes are now open on the N3 inbound, as the broken down car on the bridge to the M50 has been safely recovered. The short delay should quickly ease.

The broken down car on the bridge from the N3 inbound to the M50 southbound is blocking lane 2. Recovery is in process.

N4 incident cleared, M1 bridge breakdown cleared but another breakdown reported

All lanes are now open on the N4 inbound, as the incident at Junction 2 Liffey Valley has been cleared. Traffic is moving well in the area.

The broken down car on the bridge from the M1 southbound to the M50 southbound has been cleared. Traffic remains slow in the area.

Reports of a broken down car on the bridge from the N3 inbound to the M50 southbound. LiveDrive reported they can't find it but it's taking 20 minutes to pass that bridge anyway, due to the chaos on the M50.

All broken down lorries have now been towed from the ramp from the M50 southbound to the N4 outbound. Gardai have reopened the road. Severe delays of 60 minutes remain from Junction 3 M1.

There is a broken down bus on Swords Road outbound. It's blocking the left lane at the lights for Collins Avenue. Delays of 10 minutes from Drumcondra. This is the eight breakdown for the evening.

There is a broken down car on the Long Mile Road. It's blocking the left lane at the nights for Naas Road. Delays of 10 minutes on the approach.

The original broken down lorry has cleared. However, one of the lorries that was stuck behind it also needs to be towed. The ramp remains blocked.

A tow truck has reversed down the ramp and is preparing to remove the broken down lorry. The ramp from the M50 southbound to the N4 westbound remains closed. Long delays of 60 minutes from Junction 3 M1.

There is a broken down car as you join the M50 southbound from the M1 southbound. It's blocking the right lane on the bridge. Traffic is slow from there anyway.

Motorway staff are helping the vehicles stranded behind the lorries reverse back onto the M50. The exit to the N4 remains blocked.

The collision has been cleared from the M50 southbound at Junction 5 Finglas. Delays remain in the area.

Four lorries and buses are now stuck behind this broken down lorry on the M50 southbound link to the N4. Nobody can pass. Long delays of 45 minutes from Junction 3 M1.

There is a broken down car on the N7 inbound after Junction 2 Kingswood. Delays of 15 minutes from Junction 4 Rathcoole.

There is a broken down van stranded in the middle of the motorway, after you exit the Dublin Tunnel. It's not causing a delay but a lane closure may be needed to retrieve it.
